Calendar of Events - Dates To Remember for 2026-2027 Season
- 10-1-26: Waitlist posted in clubhouse.
- 10-3-26: Opening Day.
- 10-3-26: Club duck shoot. 600 duck release. 10:00 AM start. Cost per gun $TBD. Includes lunch & bird processing. Shells NOT included. Sign up by September 7th, via text or email.
- 10-4-26: Opening picnic: Fun clays start 9:00 AM, lunch served at 12:30 PM. Cost $40 pp. Kids under 12 free. Register by September 26th.
- 11-7-26: Club duck shoot. 600 duck release. 10:00 AM start. Cost per gun $TBD. Includes lunch & bird processing. Shells NOT included. Sign up by October 31st.
- 11-15-26: Predator trapping begins at the club.
- 11-26-26: Thanksgiving Day, club closes at noon.
- 11-27-26: Black Friday pheasant tower release. 750 birds. Includes lunch, 3 boxes of shells and bird processing. Start 10:00 AM SHARP, lunch at noon. Cost $TBD. Register by 11/22/26.
- 12-7-26: Opening Monday of 6-day firearm season, Club closed.
- 12-24-26: Christmas Eve, club closes at noon.
- 12-25-26: Christmas Day, club closed.
- 1-1-27: New 2027 NJ hunting licenses must be worn in the field.
- 1-2-27: 1,000 Bird Tower Event. 10:00 AM sharp start. Includes lunch. Cost $TBD per gun. Includes 4 boxes of .12 or .20 gauge ammo. Register by December 24th.
- 1-16-27: Tentative Bourbon & BBQ tasting at clubhouse. 6:00 PM start. Cost $TBD. 50 attendee cap. Members & S/O’s register by January 2nd. Non-member guests permitted if space allows.
- 2-13-27: AVC Fun Field Trial. 9:00 AM start. Cost $TBD per two man team. Register by February 8th.
- 3-13-27: Game Dinner at clubhouse. 6:00 PM start. cost $TBD. Members & S/O’s register by February 28th. Non-member guests welcome if space allows. Please donate game items by March 7th.
- 3-15-27: Waitlist posted in clubhouse.
- 3-30-27: Deadline to order bespoke birds for private release for ‘27-‘28 season.
- 4-11-27: Closing Picnic. Fun clays start at 9:00 AM, lunch at 12:30 PM. Cost $TBD. Register by April 4th.
- 5-19-27: Dues and proxies to be mailed out during this week.
- 6-13-27: Fun Sporting Clays Event at Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays 9:15 AM start. Registration at 8:30 AM. Members and guests register by June 1st.
- 6-15-27: Annual dues payments are due.
- 7-14-27: Stockholder meeting, 6:00 PM at clubhouse.
