We exercise responsible stewardship of the Club’s natural and financial resources, consistent with the interests of our Members while showing respect to the land, its wildlife and each other.

Amwell Valley Conservancy, Inc. (AVC) is a private club and was founded as a retreat for members to enjoy the outdoors. We must be vigilant to protect it as our activities are under intense scrutiny by many with the desire to permanently end them. The club, its members and guests have a right to privacy concerning all activities engaged in while using the club.

The designations “AMWELL VALLEY CONSERVANCY”, “AVC”, “AMWELL”, “AMWELL VALLEY” or such similar designations are proprietary in nature. AVC members and their guests are strictly prohibited from any action, display, distribution or the posting of either the above designations or of any activities engaged in at AVC by means of written communications, photographs, videos, hash tags, tweets, posts, etc. to nonmembers or the general public on any social media platform, written medium, virtual platform or other medium. By way of example, but not limitation, their use on or in Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Zoom, Email or Text Messaging is strictly prohibited.
